The microwave oven is the primary way that Healing Pads are heated. Microwave ovens do not operate properly when any metal or other non-microwave safe materials are place inside of them. The Healing Pads themselves contain no metal or non-microwave safe materials. Accessories, however, may contain materials that are not microwave safe. Remove all Accessories from your Healing Pad before microwaving. Never place Accessories in the microwave.
Herbal Tranquility utilizes ports on the back side of Healing Pad to ensure
modularity in design. Ports ensure that accessories are able to be easily attached for use or removed from the Healing Pad before microwaving.

Healing Pads include accessories (one belt/strap and a thermal bag) to enhance use and increase convenience.
3 types of accessory belts/straps. 
Belt with D-Ring – This belt uses a D-Ring style fastener has +45″ adjustable straps which allows you the ability to hold your Healing Pad in place. 
Belt with Parachute Clip – This belt uses a parachute clip fastener has +40″ adjustable straps, which allows you the ability to hold your Healing Pad in place. 
Velcro Strap – This strap attaches to only one port of the Healing Pad. This +35″ strap is made of 2-sided hook and loop (a.k.a. Velcro), which allows the strap to fasten to itself. 
Thermal Bag – This bag serves two purposes: 1) Place Healing Pad inside to hold the temperature. 2) Place Healing Pads inside when not in use to preserve the freshness.
